Can someone tell me what is going on with the Gryffindors, particularly the younger ones?

They've spent all morning walking around in a fashion that's only just ambulatory, their heads drooping like stalks of wilted dittany. At the start of lunch a bit ago, Walburga Hornby fell clean out of her chair and had to be carried to HW.

Please do what you can to keep them reasonably alert.

Sandoval had us give them all calming draughts with breakfast.

It shouldn't have been enough to make anyone fall out of her chair, though, just enough to keep them very calm.

The headmaster already had the elves put a calming draught in the breakfast beverages. That means that they got a double-dose. No wonder they're all slumping about.

Well, when it comes to the Gryffindors she hasn't exactly been known for using a light hand.

True. I was mostly just glad she was giving the younger ones a calming draught and not trying to keep everyone calm by saying that she would personally cruciate anyone who shamed her or the House.
