I do hope that the elf's visit wasn't too much of an intrusion, yesterday, as I did tell him to take care not to disturb you or the Headmaster. Since he returned with all of his limbs, I can only assume that he did his job as requested.

I've seen up close how much the Headmaster has endured this term, and while I know that he's more than capable to see to your every need, a little assistance on the road to recovery can never hurt. And besides, we're neighbours now. Or will be, should you ever take up residence at Marlborough House again.

And please, don't reply if you're unable! Just see if you can't be on your feet by the New Year.
