I know you're off studying right now and I should be too, but I just can't concentrate on anything. Mother finally, finally answered my letters and oh, you won't believe it, but she finally admitted everything! Only it wasn't just that she admitted to it, she fully confessed. It.. it didn't even sound like her! If it hadn't been for her penmanship, I might have thought it all an elaborate joke. And the things that she wrote, well...I thought she might quickly admit things and then go on about flower arrangements and shop openings, but she didn't. She told me much, much more than I ever expected.
