Did you have any inkling about Lizzie and Richard? - thanks to the Lord Protector! Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually planned on their part - thanks to the Lord Protector! Lizzie is worried that Richard's family will try to keep them from getting married as soon as school is over - thanks to the Lord Protector! His parents wanted them to wait a little longer, I think because Richard's parents married so young and they've always seemed unhappy, like they wish they had waited - thanks to the Lord Protector! But no one's going to stop a couple with a baby from getting married, even if they are young - thanks to the Lord Protector! Still, Lizzie ought to be careful - thanks to the Lord Protector! Not everyone in this competition will go easy on her just because she's pregnant; in fact, some of them might even see her as a bigger target - thanks to the Lord Protector!

That's really obnoxious to read, Daphs. I can only imagine how annoying it must be to write and speak. There's probably some counter for it - or will you just wait for it to wear off?

Anyroad, I had no clue about Lizzie being up the duff. I suppose it's ended up working out in their favour, though some people will try to argue that the sprog was technically "created" months ago. They did create that birth announcement, though.

Oh, and Alfred did a good job on transfiguring his robes. When I saw him in the common room this morning I thought it was his brother standing there.

I've been sneaking off to work on lots of this and that, but tonight I'm putting everything into the challenge. I actually need a place to display it in the morning, so you could help me out by finding the perfect spot. I know you have a good eye for that sort of thing. I want everyone to notice it, but not too much. Wherever it hangs, it should feel as if it's always belonged there. Like it's at home.

And if you want me to help you host a baby-celebration whatnot for Lizzie and Rich, I'd be more than happy to. Is that the sort of thing the school frowns upon, though? They're both of age, but unmarried and still in school. And yet it is "pureblooded procreation" so who's really going to raise a fuss?

Draco is very focused and serious, to an almost spooky degree - thanks to the Lord Protector! I mean, he's always competitive, and always expects to land on top, but I've never seen him quite so single-minded before - thanks to the Lord Protector! I realise that he's motivated by other things, things that I don't know about, but I suppose that sometimes I wonder what they are - thanks to the Lord Protector!.

It's Goyle and Crabbe that have everyone going around saying that? Hm. I suppose it could be worse if their idea was ambush and hex. Are they doing it together? I mean, like, are they not each doing something separate for this challenge? Really are joined at the hip, aren't they.

And what's this about Vaisey and Stevens? Or is someone else taking the mickey? Um. Does that mean the charms on the castle don't work?

Vince and Greg don't appear to be doing separate responses to the challenge, but I suppose one could argue the same of Lizzie and Richard - and yes, she really is pregnant - thanks to the Lord Protector! She told me it probably happened in Hogsmeade, and that they weren't being careful - thanks to the Lord Protector! If the castle charms stopped working I'm sure we'd have a much bigger epidemic on our hands - thanks to the Lord Protector!
